The Outlook provides a lot of functionality to sending\/receiving the email as well as managing calendars, contacts, and meetings, etc. We can easily set-up and access domain email in a desktop-based email client on any Windows OS system.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In Outlook we use three types of email protocols, these protocols allow users to access domain email in Outlook and manage their data.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>POP3 (Post Office Protocol)<\/li>\n<li>SMTP (Simple mail transfer protocol)<\/li>\n<li>IMAP ( Internet message access protocol)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In Microsoft Outlook, the user needs a protocol to send and receive an email. \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 3- Account Type-<\/strong>\u00a0POP3 (The mailbox data will be stored in PST file format for any MS Outlook version) or IMAP (If MS Outlook version is higher than 2010, the data will be stored in OST file and if the MS Outlook version is lower than 2013 then the data will store in PST file format)<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 4- Incoming Mail Server-<\/strong>\u00a0for POP3 Enter \u201cpop.yourdomain.com\u201d and for IMAP \u201cimap.yourdomain.com\u201d<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a05- Outgoing Mail Server<\/strong>\u2013 Enter smtp.yourdomain.com<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a06- User Name-<\/strong>\u00a0Enter your full email address.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a07- Password-<\/strong>\u00a0if you want to save your password in MS Outlook then enable the \u201cRemember Password\u201d<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a08-\u00a0<\/strong>After fill, all details click on the \u201cmore settings\u201d option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full server SMTP the port no. should be set to 587<br \/>\n3- And select the encrypted connection- TLS<br \/>\n4- Click on the OK button<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone the POP3 protocol.
