Follow the below steps in Office 365 Outlook<\/p>\n
\n- Sign-in O365 account, click on All apps<\/strong> >> choose Power Automate<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Click on Create<\/strong> under My flows<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Choose Automated cloud flow<\/strong><\/li>\n
- In Build an Automated Cloud flow wizard, type a flow name<\/strong>, choose your flow\u2019s trigger \u201cwhen a new email arrives (V3)<\/strong>\u201d then click on Create<\/li>\n
- Select the specific folder then click on \u201cShow advanced options<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Change and Type the following field:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Include Attachments \u201cYes<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
- Important \u201cHigh\/Any<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
- Type a name in the Subject filter field if it is required<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Only with attachments \u201cYes<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\n- Choose an operation: Apply to Each<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Select an Output from previous steps: Attachments<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Choose an operation: SharePoint (create a file)<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Site address: select your SharePoint site address<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Select the folder: where you want to download all outlook attachments<\/li>\n
- File Name: Choose \u201cAttachments Name<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
- File Content: Choose \u201cAttachments Content<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n
- Now save this flow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Note: <\/strong>You can change the flow manually or automatically<\/p>\n\n- Go back to Outlook and test the flow by sending a new attachment to that email address.<\/li>\n
- Jump back to Flow and check if it runs successfully.<\/li>\n
- Now check your SharePoint folder which you select for auto attachments download<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
