Each has different permissions. Let&#8217;s know \u2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Access<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a user mailbox is assigned \u201c<strong>Full Access<\/strong>\u201d permission, then the delegate can send, read, and edit the content, but cannot send messages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Send As<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The \u201c<strong>Send as<\/strong>\u201d permission enables the delegate to access and send messages directly from the mailbox. The recipient cannot see the delegate\u2019s name.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Send On Behalf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The only minor difference between \u201c<strong>Send as<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Send on Behalf<\/strong>\u201d is seeing the delegate\u2019s name. In simple words, when the delegate sends the message, his\/her name appears as sent on behalf of the mailbox.<\/p>\n<p>The administrator can activate one, two or all three permissions simultaneously. There is no strict policy for this. But if a person wants to access and send the message, then \u201cFull access\u201d permission is given along with \u201cSend as\u201d or \u201cSend on Behalf\u201d.
