Step1- First of all free download and install the MailsDaddy Free PST Viewer software and activate it with proper license KEY.
Step2- Go to "Add file" option to upload the PST file to view and access.
Step3- Click on "+" icon or go with Search option to find the PST file from your system. >> Click on "Scan" button >> Click on "OK" button.
Step4- MailsDaddy Free PST Viewer software generates the complete mailbox preview with maintaining the original folder hierarchy. You can access the PST mailbox without using MS Outlook.
Step5- Latest feature – If you need to print any email of PST file, then you directly print that email from "Print" option that is available in two places – In top-right corner of email body and another option is available in software dashboard >> File menu.
If you want to export PST mailbox data to MSG, EML, MBOX, MHTML or PST file format then you have to Upgrade the software with License KEY of Personal License, Business License, or Enterprise License.
Step1- Click on "Export" option from menu bar.
Step2- After clicking on "Export" option, you will get 4 methods to export PST file data –
~ Export all folder
~ Export Selected Folders
~ Export all contacts (The software exports all Outlook contacts in VCF file format.)
~ Export all calendars (Free PST opener software saves all Outlook calendars in ICS format.)
Step3- Select any file type – PST, MBOX, MSG, EML, or MHTML >> Choose option as per your requirement >> Provide "Destination" path >> Click on "Export" button.
Step4- You will get the PST file conversion process window.
Step5- After successfully PST file conversion, you will get the confirmation message >> close the software.
Step1- Click on "Search Mail (s)" option to find the required emails of PST mailbox without using MS Outlook.
Step2- Select mailbox folder to find the emails >> Provide particular information to search emails >> Select messages to export >> Click on "Export" button.
Step3- You will get Export window to convert PST mails to required file formats – PST, EML, EMLX, RTF, HTML, MHTML, contacts in VCF, and calendars in ICS format >> Provide "Naming Convention" option to save emails in desired file name wise >> Provide "Destination" path >> Click on "Export" button
Step3- After clicking on Export button, you will get the process windows >> Close the software.
