We provide products and services in various arenas, so sometimes additional terms or product-specific requirements may apply. 1. Don't Misuse Our Services or Products
You may use our services or products only as acceptable and permitted by law. You are strictly restricted from using our software or services for any illegal or unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies, or if we investigate suspected misconduct.
2. Business Uses of Our Software & Licensing Rights
MailsDaddy provides different license tiers of software which can be used for both personal and business purposes. Each license has distinct features, operational scopes, and installation allowances:
Personal License
Designed strictly for non-commercial, home, or private individual desktop use. Can be installed and activated on up to 2 Machines (PCs/Laptops).
Business License
Designed for corporate environments, IT technicians, and SMB teams. Can be installed and used on up to 50 systems within the company in a single geographical business office.
Enterprise License
Designed for large corporate entities, government organizations, and managed service providers. Can be installed and used on up to 100 systems within the company across business departments.
3. About Software in Our Services or Products
When a Service or product requires downloadable software, this software may receive and apply updates automatically on your PC or prompt you to install newer versions. You can also claim software updates if included with your order or maintenance agreement.
4. Modifying and Terminating Our Services
In case you are found violating our terms and conditions, MailsDaddy is free to modify, restrict, or terminate services and license validation at any time. If you use our software or services for any illegal purpose, you will be solely held responsible for all consequences.
5. Privacy and Copyright Protection
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we protect your personal information and maintain intellectual property rights. All trademarks, software binaries, brand names, and digital assets remain the sole property of MailsDaddy.
6. International Use
Given the worldwide nature of the Internet, you consent to comply with all local rules and regulations including, without limitation, laws regarding online conduct, digital content, data export, email compliance, security standards, copyright, and trademark protection.
7. Demo Limitations & Evaluation
MailsDaddy provides free evaluation/demo versions for all software solutions. Users are strongly encouraged to download and test the demo edition to inspect previews and verify conversion results prior to purchasing a commercial license key.
8. Support & Maintenance
We provide round-the-clock technical support via email, live chat, and remote assistance for all active license holders and evaluating users in accordance with our support guidelines.
