Working Guide of MailsDaddy PST File Converter

Launch MailsDaddy PST File Converter software and activate full or demo version.
Note: Demo version exports only 20 items/folder. add file

Click on Add file button to browse Outlook PST in local system.

After loading mailbox, user can check the preview of emails, contact, and calendar. Previewing item is optional choice.

click on ok

Press on Export button to go to the conversion window.

Select desire export option for PST file and save the destination then click on Export button.

According to the size of the PST file, it will take some time to process and deliver the desired output to the destination.

Now click on Ok button to navigate to destination to import or open PST file into desire email client or browser.

Click on Search button to filter emails.

You will get new window named as "Search Mail (s)". Follow all steps to save filter emails into PST and others. –

Select all or desire folder where you want to search emails.
Go to "Search Criteria" and select option from - To, From, Subject, Received Before, Received On, Received After, or Had Attachments.
Click on Search Button.
Select mails to export selected mails.
Click on Export Button.

Now choose PST or any other desire mail format.

Save the destination and hit on Export button.

Click on Ok button to import your mailbox into desire platform.

Advance Search Options:

User can use multiple keywords or email addresses in search parameters using " ; ".
