Step 1: Download and install (Installation Guide) the application. Launch the software and then click on Get demo button to use free trial edition of the software. You can register full version if you already purchased the activation key by clicking on Activate button.
Step 2: Click on Open file button. Browse PST file location manually and load into the software.
Step 3: After loading PST file, user can check the preview of selected email in right side of window.
Step 4: Previewing email is an optional choice. So user can directly click on Export button to perform batch, selected and date-wise migration.
Step 5: In export window, choose all folder then specify the export option: MBOX, EML, MSG, HTML etc.
Step 6: Save the location of PST file then hit on Export button.
Step 7:You will see a pop-up window to monitor the export process. Simply wait until you receive a confirmation message indicating that the conversion is complete.
Step 8:Once the migration is complete, click the OK button and navigate to the save location to import MBOX file into Thunderbird, Apple Mail and other MBOX-supported email clients.
