Step 1: Start by downloading and launching the PST to Yahoo mail converter. Click on the 'Get Demo' button or activate (if a license is available).
Step 2: Click Open and Add the PST files that you want to migrate.
Step 3: The software automatically scans the PST file and displays the preview of all mailbox content.
Step 4: Click on Migration tab and select all folders or selected folders.
Step 5: Enter your Yahoo Email address and App password. If you forgot or lost the app password and want to know how to generate it, then click on How to Generate App Password.
Step 6: Enable or disable "Save Login Information" as needed.
Step 7: The tool auto-detects Yahoo server settings. If server details don't appear, click on Find.
Step 8: If you want to migrate emails from a specific date range, use the Date filter option; otherwise, ignore. It is optional.
Step 9: Enable Performance Incremental Migration Option. If you want to avoid duplicate emails already present in Yahoo Mail.
Step 10: Click on the Browse icon and select the location where you want to Save the log report.
Step 11: At the end, click on the Migrate button to begin the process and wait until the process completes successfully.
This will show you all the required data, but you must have a valid license to export.
Step 1: Click on the Search tab to migrate specific data from PST to Yahoo Mail.
Step 2: Select the folders you want to search in. Apply the filters (From/To/Subject/date range and others) according to requirements and click on Search.
Step 3: All filtered emails will be displayed below. Double-click on any email to preview
Step 4: Now select the emails and click on the Migrate button.
Step 5: Enter the Yahoo Mail login details and verify the server details. Browse the log file location and click on the Migrate button.
Step 1: After migration, check the status under the Migration History Tab. Here you will see the migration start time, PST file name, Yahoo account, total email count, migrated emails, skipped items, and failed items.
Step 2: Click on the Retry button if any emails are unsuccessful in migrating
